Seminar on Turkey’s Regional Culinary Cultures and Traditions was held at YESAM on February 7th, 2012
Nevin Halici’s seminar titled “Turkish Cuisine through the Ages: The Seljuk Period” was followed by a tasting of Central Asian cuisine samples prepared by Ms. Halici.
The Seljuk portion of the series ‘Turkish Cuisine through the Ages’ focused on dishes dating back to the Seljuks’ first settlements in Anatolia in 1071.
