Mushrooms with Nettles
Ingredients
500 gr. Nettles, leaves picked
1 Onion, chopped finely
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 gr. Salt
1 gr. Black Pepper
20 ml. NAR Gourmet Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
500 gr. Button mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed
Directions
Preheat the oven to 160 degees C. In a pan, saute onions in olive oil until transpatent. Stir in the garlic and nettles. Add salt and black pepper and cook until any moisture has disappeared. Spoon the filling into the mushroom cavities and arrange on a baking sheet, cavity side up. Bake until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
