TCF-Culinary Arts Center's (YESAM), cultural tour to Safranbolu with the guidance of İbrahim Canbulat, architect and food culture researcher took place on October 24-25th, 2015. Safranbolu one of the most enchanting cities in Turkey is famed for its unique architecture located on the mountain slopes, a canyon that passes from the middle of the city, narrow streets and a historical market place. It is almost an open air museum that has been added to UNESCO's World Heritage list.read more
